We come and see the job, send a written quote, and that is the price. The bill matches the quote unless any changes are agreed with you before we touch them.
Worcester and Vaillant come with up to a 10-year manufacturer warranty when fitted by an accredited installer. We register it with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Every boiler we fit comes with a magnetic system filter, a wireless thermostat and cleaning chemicals as standard, not as an upsell.
We accept cash, bank transfer, cheque, or finance. Finance is 0% APR on selected boilers, soft-search with no impact on your credit. We act as a credit broker, not a lender.
We agree the install date when you accept the quote. If your boiler has packed up we will push to get there as fast as we can, otherwise we book the work around your diary. Every job is different so the schedule is confirmed in writing.
Generally combi for one or two bathrooms, system boiler with a cylinder for three or more bathrooms or larger homes where hot water demand overlaps. We size it on the site visit before quoting.
Yes. Removal, safe disconnection, gas safety check on the rest of the system, and disposal of the old unit are all included in the fixed price.
Manufacturer warranty for 10 years on the unit itself plus our own workmanship guarantee on the install. We come back the next working day for any teething issues, no quibble.
